Specifications

All millwork shall conform to A.W.I - A.W.Q.S premium grade 400.
Particle board to be minimum density - 48 PCF.
Cabinet corners to be joined with dowel pin construction and assembled under controlled case clamp conditions. 
End panel shall be 3/4" thick of balanced construction and precision board for dowel pins installed in horizontal cabinet members.
Back panels shall be 3/8" thick, inset 3/4" from rear of cabinet. Backs shall be dadoed into cabinet top, bottom and end panels, hot melt glued and mechanically fastened.
Finished exposed backs and end panels shall be 3/4" thick balanced construction with plastic laminated to match doors.
Mounting rails shall be 3/4" thick and fully concealed behind backs and integrated into cabinet. 
Wall cabinets shall have two mounting rails positioned at top and bottom. 
Tall cabinets shall have an additional intermediate rail.
Base units shall have a rail positioned at the upper back.
Wall cabinets 36" wide and over to have a center support divider panel.
Cabinet Interior Color- White Melamine cabinet liner.

1/2" MCP to match cabinet interior color. Drawer members to be joined with dowel pin construction. 
Bottoms shall be 3/8" thick dadoed into drawer members, mechanically fastened and hot melt glue applied to underside perimeter.

Doors/Finished End Panels:

3/4" core with laminated exterior (Vertical Grade) and balanced on the interior face with 0.020 high-pressure cabinet liner to match cabinet interior color.
Laminated with rigid PVA adhesives.
Total thickness of 3/4"

3/4" MCP to match cabinet interior color.
1" MCP in cabinets over 33" wide.
1" MCP in open cabinets and cabinets with glass doors.

Tops:

GP (.050) Plastic Laminate on 1 1/8" particle board with .020 backer sheet.
Total counter top thickness 1 1/4".

HINGES - Blum 71.6530 - 170 degree self-closing
